UnclogCo was set up by technicians who spent years being called back to drains that someone else had “fixed”. The pattern was always the same: the blockage was pushed through, the cause was left behind, and a few weeks later the water stopped again.
We built the company around doing it properly the first time. That means the right equipment for each kind of drain, a camera check whenever the job calls for one, and a clear explanation of what we found, so you can decide what happens next with all the facts in front of you.
Drain work is not glamorous, and nobody calls us on a good day. Someone has a sink full of grey water, a toilet that will not flush or a restaurant kitchen with a smell coming up through the floor. Our job is to turn that around calmly and quickly, and to leave the customer understanding their drains a little better than before.
We keep our service list deliberately narrow. We do not paint walls or install kitchens. We clear, inspect, clean and maintain drains, and we do that every working day. Focusing on one trade lets us invest in proper machinery, train every technician in the same methods, and build up the kind of judgement that only comes from opening thousands of pipes.
The rule every UnclogCo technician works to
We look first. A quote given over the phone before anyone has seen the drain is a guess, and guesses lead to arguments. You get a fixed price once the technician knows what they are dealing with.
Hand tools for simple traps, motorised cables for stubborn blockages, jetting for build-up along the whole line. We never reach for harsh chemicals, and we never use more force than a pipe can take.
Protective sheets go down before tools come out. When we are done, we tidy up, test every affected outlet and tell you, in plain words, what caused the problem and how to avoid it.
Every service vehicle carries the same core kit, checked and cleaned at the end of each day. Larger machines and the jetting unit are brought out when a job needs them.
Good equipment is only part of it. Knowing when not to use it matters just as much, and that is something we teach every technician from their first week.
Before anyone goes out on their own, they spend weeks alongside an experienced technician, learning how to read a drain, use each machine safely and talk customers through what is going on. After that, these standards apply to every visit.
Some habits give the drain trade a bad name. We have ruled them out.
Send us a short description and a photo if you have one. We will call back to talk it through and arrange a visit.
